It’s an Avengers super hero birthday party!
I had the pleasure of helping style this super fun birthday party for Becky’s son. Becky is the talent behind Little Birdie Parties and her creative treats are all over this party… From the Rice Krispies Treat pops to the fabulous cake, the Hulk watermelon carving, the Jello cups, and let’s not forget the amazing theme cookies which is LBP’s signature item.
Inspiration Senses jumped in with creating the custom “T” mini signs, along with providing character & exclamation signs for the dessert table and dining table centerpieces. In addition, I created the chevron mini cupcake wrappers and candy-covered Oreos to match the fabulous birthday cake. For chips and puffs, I made comic cones to hold the salty treats. However, I think my favorite wrappers were the custom Avengers’ character water labels — an Inspiration Senses exclusive. (Download the free PDF here.)
Games… Games… Games… No party is complete unless there’s games! The family constructed three stations – Hulk Smashing: where kids got to wear the Hulk gloves and smash ice cream cones; Webslinger Training: where the kids sprayed silly string around; Thor’s Thunder and Rain Challenge: where the kids burst open hanging water balloons with a makeshift Thor hammer. I made signs for each station, as well as create the label for the silly string cans. Fun!
Wrapping it all up… Oohs and aahs came from the comic fabric favor bags and keychain charms that Inspiration Senses made custom for the party. The invitation asked that each child name their favorite super hero, and the charms all matched each child’s request. The party then all came together with store-bought accents such as the Avengers’ cups/plates and Avengers’ duck tape used to label the juice boxes. Super party complete!
Happy Birthday to little T man!
I hope you all enjoy the pics and may they inspire you to have a super celebration too!
